WebEd Workshops: Google Analytics Wrap-Up
Thank you to our presenters, Ross Mansfield and Alex Martinez, for an overview of how Google Analytics can help you make smarter website and online marketing choices. And a big thank you to everyone who attended. These sessions work best when people come and participate and we had a great turnout today! The recording is now available to watch at your convenience.
Keep in mind that analytics can give you great insight into the who, what, where and when of visitor behavior, but not the why. For that, you need to cautiously bring your own intuition and experience to bear. Additional sources of research will also help: surveys, face-to-face conversations with your target audiences and other market research will provide direction and hypothesis. It’s a science as well as an art.
We will continue to bring you more tactical techniques on how to leverage Google Analytics in future WebEd sessions, but until then please feel free to contact Ross, Alex or myself. We can answer questions and help you make sense of the data if and when you get stuck.
