Background:

Dr. Lynn Gangone is a nationally known writer and speaker on leadership development and career advancement for women in higher education. She recently authored the lead article in the inaugural Journal About Women in Higher Education” and has a book chapter in “Rethinking Leadership in a Complex, Multicultural, and Global Environment: New Concepts and Models for Higher Education” on women’s leadership development that was recently released by Stylus Publications. She serves on numerous boards and advisory groups including HERS-Higher Education Resource Services; the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce; and serves as part of the American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) Campus Women Lead for Inclusive Excellence initiative. She is a member of the Association for the Study of Higher Education, the History of Education Society, the American College Personnel Association, the American Association of University Women, and the Denver Chapter of the International Women’s Forum.
